Designed in collaboration with R Squared Studios, the new two-storey home maximises its compact 187sqm site, accommodating a growing family with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-plan living and dining area, and thoughtfully integrated utility spaces like a combined butler’s kitchen and laundry, and a dedicated mudroom. Every element of the design was approached with intention—balancing practicality with enduring beauty.

The interiors celebrate materiality and warmth with a carefully curated palette of natural timber, marble, and Moroccan handmade tiles, adding character and texture. Functionality is seamlessly woven into the aesthetic—ample concealed storage keeps the spaces uncluttered, while the butler’s kitchen and laundry work together to support both daily family life and effortless entertaining.
